  • Each of our rental partners has their own cancellation and refund policies.

  • Royal Ride Rentals does not accept or process any customer payments or hold funds at any stage.

2. Cancellations

  • How to Cancel: To cancel or modify a booking, you must contact the rental partner directly whose services you have secured. Their contact details are included in your booking confirmation.

  • Notification to Royal Ride Rentals: You are welcome to inform us of your cancellation intent; however, actual cancellations must be processed through the partner company. We can assist you in getting in touch with the relevant partner if needed.

3. Refunds

  • Eligibility: All refunds, if applicable, are determined according to the specific policy of the rental partner you booked with.

  • Processing: Royal Ride Rentals does not process or issue refunds under any circumstances. If a refund is owed, it will be handled exclusively by the rental company as per their terms.

  • Assistance: Should you have difficulty contacting the rental partner or require help understanding their policies, Royal Ride Rentals is available to support you in communicating with them.

4. Partner Policies

  • Please review the rental partner’s cancellation and refund policy before making a booking, as fees, eligibility, timeframes, and procedures may vary by partner and rental type.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to cancellation fees, depending on the rental partner’s policy.
